We are committed to providing high-quality cleaning services. We offer a guarantee on all our cleaning work, ensuring that the service meets the agreed-upon terms. If, within 24 hours of the completion of the cleaning service, you find any aspect not in compliance with our checklist or the agreed terms via phone or email, we will send our cleaner back to the property to rectify the issue.

Our All Work Guarantee Policy and Booking Conditions

At The Green Rebellion, our commitment to customer satisfaction and quality cleaning services is paramount. To ensure clarity and efficiency in our operations, please be advised of the following conditions regarding our All Work Guarantee Policy and booking procedures:

  1. All Work Guarantee Policy: Our guarantee of satisfactory completion applies exclusively to bookings made under our package pricing. We stand behind the quality of our services and assure customers that all tasks included in the chosen package will be completed to their satisfaction.

  2. Hourly Booking Requirements: Should you opt for hourly booking, please note the following conditions:

    a. List Upload Requirement: Prior to the scheduled cleaning service, customers are required to upload a detailed list of tasks to be completed. This list must be submitted before the commencement of the cleaning session, allowing our team to plan and prioritize tasks accordingly.

    b. Order of Task Completion: Our cleaners will strive to complete the tasks outlined in the provided list in the order of preference specified by the customer. However, unforeseen circumstances or time constraints may necessitate adjustments to the order of tasks.

    c. Efficiency Disclaimer: While our cleaners are trained to work swiftly and efficiently, it is important to understand that they are not capable of instantaneously completing all tasks. We endeavor to deliver thorough and effective cleaning services, but customers should be aware that some tasks may require more time than others.

  3. Recommendation for Package Booking: To ensure peace of mind and comprehensive cleaning solutions, we strongly recommend opting for our package pricing. Package bookings offer the assurance that the entire job will be completed to your satisfaction without the need for task prioritization or time constraints.

By proceeding with an hourly booking, you acknowledge and accept the aforementioned conditions. For guaranteed satisfaction and convenience, we encourage customers to choose our package pricing option.

3. No Refunds Policy

Please note that no refunds will be issued for our cleaning services. Our commitment is to ensure satisfaction through the guarantee and the opportunity for our cleaners to revisit and address any concerns.

4. Guarantee Period

The guarantee period is valid for 24 hours from the completion of the cleaning service. Exceptions may be made within reason, such as on public holidays. Please contact us for further clarification.

5. Photo Evidence Requirement

In the event that you wish to invoke the guarantee, photo evidence with a timestamp must be provided. This evidence serves as verification of the issues identified and helps us better understand how to address them.

6. Fix Up Cleaning Booking

To avail of the guarantee, the fix-up cleaning must be booked within 24 hours of the completion of the initial cleaning service. The fix-up cleaning will only involve the specific area or items that require attention, and no extra charges will be applied for this service.

7. Fair Go Policy

Our package pricing is based on a fair go policy, assuming a normal level of dirt and not a write-off scenario (e.g., excessive rubbish and mess everywhere).

8. Bond Clean Guarantee Conditions

For our bond clean guarantees, the validity is contingent upon no one but the property manager entering the property during the guarantee period. This ensures that the condition of the property is not altered by external factors, allowing us to uphold our commitment to quality service.

Photo Submission Requirement and Bond Clean Guarantee

  1. Photo Submission: Prior to receiving a quote for bond cleaning services, customers are required to submit photos of walls, oven, window tracks, and showers. These photos are necessary for accurate assessment and quoting purposes. Failure to provide these photos may result in a delay in quoting or may affect the accuracy of the quote provided.

  2. False Claims and Termination of Guarantee: If a customer provides false claims regarding the condition of the property and fails to provide the requested photos, our bond clean guarantee will be terminated. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if false information is provided.

9. Property Preparation Requirements

To facilitate an effective bond clean and uphold the guarantee, we require the following property preparation:

a. Gardening Completion: All gardening activities must be completed before our arrival. This includes trimming, mowing, and any other necessary tasks to ensure the exterior of the property is in an acceptable condition and does not affect our work.

b. Rubbish and Furniture Removal: All rubbish and unwanted furniture must be removed from the property before our scheduled cleaning service. This allows our cleaners to focus on providing a thorough and efficient clean.


Bond Cleaning Guarantee Policy

At The Green Rebellion, we prioritize transparency and clarity in our services, including bond cleaning. It is important for our customers to understand our policies regarding bond cleaning bookings:

  1. Bond Cleaning Guarantee: We offer a guarantee of satisfactory completion exclusively for bond cleaning services that are explicitly booked as such.

  2. Explicit Booking Requirement: To qualify for our bond cleaning guarantee, customers must specifically request and book a bond cleaning service. This ensures that our team is aware of the specific requirements and expectations associated with bond cleaning.

  3. Non-Guarantee for Non-Bond Cleaning Bookings: Please be advised that we do not extend our bond cleaning guarantee to any cleaning services that are not explicitly booked as bond cleaning.

  4. Importance of Clear Booking Communication: It is the responsibility of the customer to communicate their cleaning needs accurately during the booking process. Failure to book a bond cleaning service may result in the exclusion from our bond cleaning guarantee.

10. Window Cleaning Packages

Window cleaning packages are priced for homes with one window per room. Larger homes with more windows may incur a surcharge. Please contact us for a customized quote.

11. Photography Permission

By agreeing to these terms, you grant our cleaners permission to take photos of their work in your home. These photos will be uploaded to our app for internal review and improvement purposes. Rest assured that these photos will not be shared publicly.

12. Communication

All communications regarding the guarantee, concerns, or additional requests should be made through the channels agreed upon during the booking process, such as phone or email.

13. Cancellation and Booking Policies

a. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: A fee of $63 will be charged for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled cleaning appointment.

b. Last Minute Booking Fee: A fee of $50 will be applied for bookings made within 24 hours of the desired cleaning appointment time.

c. Minimum Booking Time: Domestic and commercial cleaning services require a minimum booking time of 2 hours. Builders cleaning services require a minimum booking time of 4 hours.

14. Key Handling and Security Policy

At The Green Rebellion, we prioritize the security of our customers' properties and the safety of our cleaning team. To ensure clear communication and accountability, please note the following key handling and security policy:

  1. Key Acceptance Policy: a. We do not accept keys to any business or personal residences for cleaning purposes.

    b. If you require your business to be cleaned outside of regular operating hours, you must provide a lockbox for key storage.

  2. Lockbox Requirement: a. If you are not present to welcome our cleaning team, it is mandatory to provide a lockbox for key storage. b. Failure to provide a lockbox when necessary may result in the cancellation of the cleaning appointment.

  3. Responsibility Disclaimer: a. If keys are left elsewhere or if doors are left unlocked upon your departure, The Green Rebellion holds no responsibility for any incidents or issues that may occur thereafter. b. In the event that a cleaner accepts keys from a client against our policy and without compliance with the above requirements, The Green Rebellion takes no responsibility for any consequences or liabilities arising from such actions.

15. Limitations

Our guarantee is subject to reasonable expectations and excludes issues arising from factors beyond our control, including but not limited to pre-existing conditions, third-party interference, or unreasonable expectations.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia and the UK, depending on the location of the service provided.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of our website or services after any modifications indicates acceptance of those changes.
